What was the highlight of FERGUS Style Soller Beach

Amazing location, delicious food and friendly staff.

Breakfast was incredible, so much choice and really good quality. We also had lunch here on two occasions and it was fabulous. The staff were all super friendly, knowledgable and polite.

There was a slight damp/sewage smell in the corridor which permeated our room a little which wasn't the nicest upon arrival. I think this was likely the air conditioning unit or due to the improvement works? Didn't ruin it and I have been said to have a sensitive nose haha. The carpets could also do with updating to make the hotel more modern.

Fantastic location, good hotel with very friendly staff

Ideal location and staff were excellent also the breakfast selection was excellent..

On one evening there was no hot water for shower, that was disappointing, it was resolved the next day.

The most striking things were the location and equally the friendliness of the staff.

Location & staff were both excellent. The hotel rooms were clean and well kept.

Location and opening times of the pool were I convenient - location difficult to change but opening times could be changed. Shelving in bathrooms needs attention, only available under washbasin.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, superb location, and a wonderful stay.

The location of the hotel is superb, with easy access to the local tram and taxi rank and lots of nice restaurants, and, of course, magnificent views of the Port of Soller. The welcome we received, as first-time guests, when we arrived truly made us feel extremely welcome, as though we were coming home to friends, and the courtesies extended to us by the manager and others working the reception desk were truly outstanding. They were among the most personable and effective hotel staff we have ever had the pleasure to come across! We will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it.

Great base for the area

Soller is a beautiful location with excellent beach and restaurants, easy on the eye and it feels quite exclusive. I guess that's one reason why Fergus is not cheap. The hotel is located right on the sea front, but there are two blocks, one behind the other, so make sure you know which one you are in. The best rooms are obviously at the front with large balconies and sea views. Our room was small, with a narrow balcony, but it was clean and modern, with an excellent bathroom. Great buffet breakfast with generous selection of all sorts of options. Can sit at the front in the open air, which is a lovely start to the day. Staff were so friendly and helpful, all multi lingual. Lovely downstairs bar area for coffee or cocktails.

I had expected a beach hotel with sun lounges by the pool. There was a pool, but it was in a garden that didn't really get much sun, and the pool was pretty cold. At least there's a great beach. Would have liked a larger bedroom.

Great location right opposite the beach. Very welcoming and helpful reception staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable if a little basic in design. A good breakfast buffet on offer.

Great location in a wonderful seaside town. May well be back!

Apparently the floor doesn’t get vacuumed/washed during your stay… staff not interested when mentioning our disappointment with the absence of deck chairs and parasols on the beach (which only came up the following week). Not as such to do with the hotel, fair enough, but obviously many guests will have an interest in this/chose the hotel for being beach front.

I loved where it was situated. The staff were very kind and very helpful The staff were very kind which was lovely as I was travelling alone with friend nearby. I absolutely loved the food great choice and such lovely healthy food

I missed having the pool attached to the hotel however it wasn’t an issue as the beach was so near and I swam there daily

Pictures on booking.com are not like the actual hotel. It is much smaller. I would recommend upgrading to a balcony room or suite

The lady at the reception the first night was very kind and helpful. Also breakfasts are great. Its also in a good location right next to the beach.

Its not worth its price. I paid 150€ for 1 person for 1 night. And for that price I would expect something more. I got a room right next to the staircase. It was very noisy and I could hear all the noises from the staircase and from the reception. Also from the room next door as the walls are very thin, like paper-made. Avoid room number 2108! What's more, the room was very small and the bathroom was tiny, I could barely move there. There is no wardrobe just hangers over the ....kettle (like in the picture below). And when I wanted to use the blanket, I couldnt because it was packed in a plastic bag all covered with dust.
